Description
TASTING NOTES
Heralding from central Spain, the Verdejo grape is now widely grown across the country and considered the best white varietal. With a luminous colour, hints of fennel and grapefruit aromatics, and the addition of Sauvignon Blanc, this alcohol-removed white is both crisp, rich and tropical.
METHOD
Established in 2006, Edenvale saw an opportunity within the market for a sophisticated beverage for those who choose not to consume alcohol. With lots of research and some tinkering to custom modify spinning cone column technology to remove the alcohol from traditional wines while retaining the varietal-specific taste and aromas, Edenvale was born.
Region: Northern Spain
Food Pairing: These two grape varietals are very food-friendly. Our Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc blend will pair well with seafood, chicken, green vegetables, and herb-forward sauces like pesto, chimichurri, and mojo sauce.
