Ember: Pinot Noir Shiraz from Australia – Release in November 2026
WINE
The Ember wine kit opens RJS Craft Winemaking’s 2027 Restricted Quantities collection, Elemento, with a fruit-forward Australian red inspired by fire. Pinot Noir brings bright red fruit and elegance, while Shiraz adds depth, warmth and spice.
Ripe plum and strawberry lead the nose, with warm spice and a hint of cracked pepper. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a long, smooth finish. GenuWine dried grape skins are included for added colour, tannin, aroma and complexity.

RJS Restricted Quantities wines are produced once a year in small batches and are available by pre-order only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Ember is the first release of the collection, arriving in November 2026. It makes about 30 bottles (23 L), and bottle labels and premium shrinks are included.

Pricing and how to reserve
$170 per kit, plus a $55 make fee. Reserve multiple RQ27 kits and save more: $10 off your 2nd kit, $15 off your 3rd, $20 off your 4th, $25 off your 5th and $30 off your 6th.
