Powder Brewery Wash, which is a non-hazardous buffered alkaline brewery cleaner. It is cleaner of choice for many breweries where it outperforms more hazardous caustic chemicals. It will not corrode soft metals, and no scrubbing is required. Mixing hot water and Brewery Wash in air or water-tight space will create pressure.
Please use caution when using Brewery Wash in enclosed equipment. Use 1oz for every 1 gallon of water. Best results are achieved at 180F.
