The Acqua wine kit is the only white in RJS Craft Winemaking’s 2027 Restricted Quantities collection, Elemento, and it’s a refreshing one. Inspired by water, this Italian blend pairs Pinot Grigio’s crisp, clean character with Sauvignon Blanc’s zesty aromatics.
Crisp green apple, fresh melon and zesty citrus lead the nose, with a subtle mineral note. The palate is clean and light, with lively acidity and a smooth, refreshing finish. Unoaked to keep the fruit bright and pure.

Italy’s classic white wine regions benefit from cooling breezes and mountain-fed waters that help grapes hold on to their freshness and natural acidity. Pinot Grigio brings crisp orchard fruit and a clean, light body, while Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus and aromatic lift. Together they make a bright white built for patio season.

Why make the Acqua wine kit at Armstrong Wine & Brew?
RJS Restricted Quantities wines are produced once a year in small batches and are available by pre-order only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Ember is the first release of the collection, arriving in February 2027. It makes about 30 bottles (23 L), and bottle labels and premium shrinks are included.

Pricing and how to reserve
$170 per kit, plus a $55 make fee. Reserve multiple RQ27 kits and save more: $10 off your 2nd kit, $15 off your 3rd, $20 off your 4th, $25 off your 5th and $30 off your 6th.
