The Aria wine kit brings a proudly Canadian red to RJS Craft Winemaking’s 2027 Restricted Quantities collection, Elemento. Inspired by air, it’s a fresh, elegant Cabernet Franc with lift and finesse.
Raspberry and black cherry lead, with a subtle touch of vanilla. Fresh acidity and gentle tannins carry through to a clean, smooth finish. GenuWine dried grape skins are included for added colour, tannin, aroma and complexity

Cabernet Franc thrives in Canada’s cool-climate wine regions, where long summer days and cool nights let the grapes ripen slowly while keeping their fresh acidity. The result is a red with bright fruit, a gentle herbal lift and a smooth, elegant structure, a style Canadian winemakers have become known for.

Why make the Aria wine kit at Armstrong Wine & Brew?
RJS Restricted Quantities wines are produced once a year in small batches and are available by pre-order only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Ember is the first release of the collection, arriving in November 2026. It makes about 30 bottles (23 L), and bottle labels and premium shrinks are included.

$170 per kit, plus a $55 make fee. Reserve multiple RQ27 kits and save more: $10 off your 2nd kit, $15 off your 3rd, $20 off your 4th, $25 off your 5th and $30 off your 6th.
