RJS Restricted Quantities are small-batch wine kits made once a year and available by pre-order only, and the 2027 Elemento collection is one we’re genuinely excited about: four reds made with grape skins, one crisp Italian white, and the first wine lands in November.

Ember arrives in November, and the rest follow monthly from January to April
