Classic Sparkling Apple



We think apples grown in the Okanagan Valley are the prettiest and most delicious. Maybe it’s the air. Maybe the sunshine. Maybe the terroir. The unpasteurized juice of these apples is carbonated as it’s bottled to bring you the best sparkle and truly express the robust, sweet apple flavour only found in the Okanagan Valley.

PRO TIP: Try frozen Classic Apple cubes or balls [with a pinch of ground cinnamon and cloves] instead of ice cubes with your favourite rum. 


Instead of water for your instant pancake breakfast, substitute Okanagan Essence Sparkling Apple juice. Add just a little more than the box directions tell you to. Top with some cinnamon butter and serve with a glass of sparkling Classic Apple.

For the cinnamon butter:

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. honey 
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
