Our Kettle brewed Beers start around $130.00 (including GST and PST and bottle closures if needed) for approximately 48L or 12 Dozen.

From start to finish is about 3 weeks. We have over 200+ recipes to choose from! Including our very own “Molson Supreme Style” and “Back Hand of Goddess”!

You are also welcome to customize your own special blend of hops and grains to suit your taste.

We use only the freshest ingredients available, and your Beer is Quadruple Cold-Filtered for optimum flavour and clarity.

Mexican Corona Style  This recipe produces a pale colour, light bodied Mexican style beer. This beer has low bitterness, low hop flavour and medium hop aroma characteristics.  This lager has approximately 5.0% alcohol by volume.

Our Cerveza is great with burritos, enchiladas, tacos or just relaxing in the sunshine. If you like Corona you will love this one!

 

   
Becks Pilsner Style Beer  Crafted in the same style as Brewmaster Heinrich Beck did in 1873, in Bremen Germany.  This beer produces a full-bodied taste with a hoppy bouquet, golden colour with crisp firmness, ending with a clean dry finish.

Genuine Draft Style Beer  This recipe produces a golden coloured light bodied American style beer.  Our Genuine Draft has low bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics.  And a dry finish with no aftertaste.

Stylistically Spring Ale Style  Brown coloured light-medium bodied Canadian specialty beer.  Medium-high bitterness, low hop flavour and high hop aroma characteristics.

Canadian Lager Style Beer  This recipe produces a light coloured, light bodied Canadian style beer.  This beer has medium bitterness, low hop flavour and low hop aroma characteristics.  This lager has approximately 5% alcohol by volume.

French Ale Style  This recipe produces a golden coloured, medium bodied French style beer.  The Alsatian Ale has low bitterness, medium hop flavour, and low hop aroma characteristics.

This beer pairs well with spicy foods, pork & beef.

 

   
Blue Pilsner Style  This recipe produces a light coloured, light bodied Pilsner style beer.  This beer has low bitterness, very low hop flavour, and low hop aroma characteristics.

This beer pairs well with salads and creamy soups.

 

   
American Bud Style  This recipe produces a pale coloured, light bodied American style beer.  This beer has low bitterness, very low hop flavour and very low hop aroma characteristics.  This lager contains approximately 4.4% alcohol by volume.

Stella Artois Style  This beer was first brewed in Leuven Belgium as a Christmas Beer. It is named from the star of Christmas, and Artois after Sebastian Artois, founder of the brewery.  This is a premium lager, full of flavour, very crisp and refreshing, one of our favourites.

Stout  Brewed since at least 1820, stout is Ireland’s gift to beer lovers. Our version is dark and robust  with a rich chocolatey-espresso finish

Stout is a perfect match for shellfish, particularly oysters. Also great with curries and strong cheeses.
